With the Help Scout app in , you can manage the conversations, threads, mailboxes, customers, addresses, chat hangles, emails, phone numbers, social profiles, and websites in your Help Scout account.

Requirements

To use the Help Scout app in , you must have a Help Scout account.

Connect Help Scout and

To create the connection:

Log in to your account, add a Help Scout module to your , and click Create a connection.

If you add a module with an ​instant​ tag, click ​Create a webhook​​, then ​Create a connection​​.

Optional: In the ​​Connection name​​ field, enter a name for the connection.

Optional: Switch on ​Show advanced settings​ and enter your Help Scout client credentials. For more information on how to obtain your credentials, refer to the Help Scout Developer documentation.

If requested, use the following Redirect URI when setting up your client credentials: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/helpscout2
