To use the Help Scout app in , you must have a Help Scout account.
To create the connection:
Log in to your account, add a Help Scout module to your , and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
Optional: Switch on Show advanced settings and enter your Help Scout client credentials. For more information on how to obtain your credentials, refer to the Help Scout Developer documentation.
If requested, use the following Redirect URI when setting up your client credentials: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/helpscout2
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
