Responder.live
Responder.live is a customer service platform that helps automate and improve response times for customer inquiries, often through live chat or message automation. With the Responder.live app in Make, you can manage the subscribers, create lists and personal fields in your Responder.live account.
Requirements
To use the Responder.live app in Make, you must have a paid Responder.live account. For subscription information, refer to the Responder.live pricing page.
Connect Responder.live and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Responder.live and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Obtain your User Token in Responder.live
Before you create the connection in Make, you should first obtain a User Token in your Responder.live account.
To obtain the User Token:
Log in to your Responder.live account.
In the upper left corner, click the gear icon (Settings).
Click API.
Switch on the u_key option.
Copy the u_key value and store it in a safe place.
You'll use this value in the User Token connection field in Make.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your Responder.live User Token, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add a Responder.live module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the User Token field, enter the u_key value you copied from your Responder.live account.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Responder.live app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
