Quo
Quo is a collaborative business phone system that combines calling, texting, and customer contact management in an AI-powered platform for growing teams. With the Quo app in Make, you can manage the contacts, messages, calls, and recordings in your Quo account.
Requirements
To use the Quo app in Make, you must have a Quo account. For subscription information, refer to the Quo pricing page.
Connect Quo and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Quo and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Obtain your API key in Quo
Before you create the connection in Make, you should first obtain an API key in your Quo account.
To obtain the API key:
Log in to your Quo account.
Navigate to Settings > API.
Click Generate API Key.
Copy the API Key value and store it in a safe place.
You'll use this value in the API Key connection field in Make.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your Quo API key, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add a Quo module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the OpenPhone API Key field, enter the API key you copied from your Quo account.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Quo app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
Set up a Quo webhook
The Quo app has instant modules—webhooks that watch for certain changes in Quo and immediately start your scenario when those changes happen. To use these modules, you must set up the webhook in your Quo account.
To set up the webhook:
Add an Quo instant module to your scenario and click Create a webhook.
Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.
In the Connection field, select a connection for the webhook.
If you haven't created an Quo connection yet, refer to the Connect Quo and Make section above.
Click Save > Copy address to clipboard. You'll paste this address in your Quo account.
Log in to your Quo account.
Navigate to Settings > Webhooks.
Click Create a webhook.
In the URL field, enter your webhook handler URL.
Optional: In the Label field, add a label for identification.
Select Event types to monitor.
Click Create webhook.
Your webhook is now set up. When the selected change occurs in Quo, Make will immediately be notified and start your scenario.
