OpenPhone
With OpenPhone modules in Make, you can monitor and manage the new call information, contacts, text messages, call recordings, and phone numbers in your OpenPhone account.
To use the OpenPhone modules, you must have a paid OpenPhone account. You can create an account at openphone.com. For subscription information, refer to the OpenPhone Pricing page.

To establish the connection, you must:
To obtain your API key from your OpenPhone account:
- Log in to your OpenPhone account.
- Under the workspace settings, navigate to the API tab.
- Click Generate API key and enter a label for your key.
- Copy the API key value shown and store it in a safe place.
You will use this value in the OpenPhone API Key field in Make.
To establish the connection in Make:
- Log in to your Make account, add a OpenPhone module to your , and click Create a connection.
- Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
- In the OpenPhone API Key field, enter the API key copied above.
- Click Save.
- If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your and add more penPhone API Key modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
