Requirements
To use the Calendly app in Make, you must have a Calendly account.
Connect Calendly and Make
To create the connection in Make:
Log in to your Make account, add an Calendly module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
Optional: Switch on Show advanced settings and enter your Calendly client credentials. For more information on how to obtain your credentials, refer to the Calendly developer documentation.
If requested, use the following Redirect URI when setting up your client credentials: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/calendly
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Calendly app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
Calendly modules
After connecting to the Calendly app, you can use the following types of modules to build your scenarios.
Watch
Watch events
Triggers when an event is created or canceled.
This module requires a paid Calendly subscription. The webhook feature is not included in free Calendly plans. For more details on subscription plan, see Calendly Billing Information.

Event
List events
Retrieves events in your account by filter settings.

Sort | Select the sort order of results by the specified field and direction. |
Status | Filter results by the event status – whether the scheduled event is active or canceled. |
Limit | Set the maximum number of events Make will return during one execution cycle. |
List event invitees
Retrieves invitees of the specified event.

Create an event invitee
Creates a new booking for an event invitee.
This module requires a Calendly paid plan.

Questions and Answers | Provide answers to questions defined in the event type. |
Tracking | Add UTM tracking parameters. |
Location | Specify the event location. Required unless the event type has no location. |
Text Reminder Number | Enter the phone number for SMS reminders. |
Create an event type
Creates a new event type.

Active | Select Yes or No for whether the event type is active or not. |
Description | Enter the event type description. |
Duration | Enter the event duration in minutes. |

Color | The hexadecimal color value of the event type's scheduling page. For example, #fff200. |
Locale | The locale on the event type used to determine the language of the event type's scheduling page. |
Update an event type
Updates an existing event type.

Active | Set whether the event type is active or not. |

Cancel an event
Cancels an event.

List user availability schedules
Returns a list of availability schedules for a specified user.

The date range between Start time and End time must not exceed 7 days.

Update event type availability schedule
Updates the availability schedule for an event type, replacing all existing rules.
This action replaces all existing availability rules for the event type. To add or modify rules, you should first retrieve the existing schedule, modify it, and then use this module to update it.
