Zoho Books

Zoho Books is an online accounting software designed for small businesses to manage their finances. With the Zoho Books app in Make, you can manage the contacts, contact persons, credit notes, estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, retainer invoices, customer payments, expenses, bills, and items in your Zoho Books account.
Requirements
To use the Zoho Books app in Make, you must have a Zoho Books account. You must also create an app using Zoho Developer account. For subscription, refer to the Zoho Books pricing page.
Create the connection in Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Zoho Books and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Log in to your Make account, add a Zoho Books module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
Optional: Switch on Advanced settings and enter your Zoho Books client credentials. For more information on how to obtain your credentials, refer to the Zoho Books OAuth Overview documentation.
If requested, use the following Redirect URI when setting up your client credentials: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/zoho-books
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Zoho Books app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
Set up a Zoho Books webhook
The Zoho Books app has instant modules—webhooks that watch for certain changes in Zoho Books and immediately start your scenario when those changes happen. To use these modules, you must set up the webhook in your Zoho Books account.
To set up the webhook:
Add an Zoho Books instant module to your scenario and click Create a webhook.
Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.
Click Save > Copy address to clipboard. You'll paste this address in your Zoho Books account.
Log in to your Zoho Books account.
In the bottom left corner, click Settings.
Click Automation > Webhooks.
Click + New Webhook.
Choose the module/event you want to monitor.
In the Callback URL field, paste the webhook URL coped in step 3.
Save and enable the webhook.
Your webhook is now set up. When the selected change occurs in Zoho Books, Make will immediately be notified and start your scenario.
