WPForms
WPForms is a user-friendly WordPress plugin that enables users to create various types of forms, including contact forms, surveys, and payment forms, using a drag-and-drop builder. With the WPForms app in Make, you can manage the watch new from entries in your WPForms account.
Requirements
To use the WPForms app in Make, you must have a paid WPForms account. For subscription information, refer to the WPForms pricing page.
Set up a WPForms webhook
The WPForms app has instant modules—webhooks that watch for certain changes in WPForms and immediately start your scenario when those changes happen. To use these modules, you must set up the webhook in your WPForms account.
To set up the webhook:
Add a WPForms instant module to your scenario and click Create a webhook.
Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.
Click Save > Copy address to clipboard. You'll paste this address in your WPForms account.
Log in to your WPForms account.
Navigate to Marketing > Make.
Click Enable Make Integration toggle button.
In the Webhook URL field, paste the URL you copied from Make account.
In the Field Mapping field, map the specific fields from your form.
From the Select Fied dropdown, select the corresponding parameters.
Click Save.
Your webhook is now set up. When the selected change occurs in WPForms, Make will immediately be notified and start your scenario.
