With UseINBOX modules in Make, you can manage the segments, contacts, contact lists, campaigns, and tags in your UseINBOX account.

To use the UseINBOX modules, you must have a UseINBOX account. You can create an account at [useinbox.com](https://useinbox.com/).

Refer to the [UseINBOX API documentation](https://developers.useinbox.com/) for a list of available endpoints.

## Connect UseINBOX to Make

To establish the connection in Make:

1. Log in to your Make account, add a UseINBOX module to your Make, and click **Create a connection**.

Note: If you add a module with an `instant` tag, click **Create a webhook**, then **Create a connection**.
2. Optional: In the **Connection name** field, enter a name for the connection.
3. In the **Username** and **Password** fields, enter your UseINBOX account's user credentials.
4. Click **Save**.
5. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your Make and add more UseINBOX modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps [here](docId\:SO88FM6pkT0G-adKDDfzZ).

## Set Up UseINBOX Webhooks

This app uses [webhooks](docId:1yhUnJ8jvZyxiP9Cf3Ps1) to trigger a Make when an event occurs instantly. All webhook modules have an `instant` tag next to their name.

To set up a webhook, follow these steps:

1. Add an UseINBOX `instant` module to your Make and click **Create a webhook**.
2. Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the **Webhook name** field.
3. Select the corresponding connection for the webhook in the **Connection** field.
4. Click **Save** > **Copy address to clipboard**.
5. Click **OK** and then **Run once**.
6. Log in to your UseINBOX account.
7. In the left sidebar, click **Settings**.
8. Click **Webhooks**.
9. Click **Create Webhook**.
10. In the **Url** field, Paste the webhook URL you copied in step 4.
11. Click **Check Availability** to test URL first.
12. In the **Trigger** field, select **Contact Added**.
13. Optional: Enter a **description** for the webhook.
14. Click **Save**.

UseINBOX will now send data to Make through the webhook when the selected event occurs.
