With the Synthesia app in , you can watch for when videos are completed, create videos - including from templates, and make API calls.

Requirements

To use the Synthesia app in , you must have a paid Synthesia account. For subscription information, refer to the Synthesia pricing page.

Connect Synthesia and 

To get started, you must first create a connection between Synthesia and , allowing the two services to communicate.

To create the connection, you need to:

Obtain your API key in Synthesia

Before you create the connection in , you should first obtain an API key in your Synthesia account.

To obtain the API key:

  1. Log in to your Synthesia account.
  2. If you have multiple Workspaces in your account, select the relevant Workspace in the top left corner.
  3. In the top right corner, click on your Profile icon > Integrations.
  4. To use an existing API key, go to Step 5. To create a new API key, click Add.
  5. Next to your API key, click ... > Copy.

You'll use this value in the API Key connection field in .

Create the connection in 

Once you have your Synthesia API key, you're ready to create the connection in .

To create the connection:

  1. Log in to your account, add a Synthesia module to your , and click Create a connection.
    Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
  3. In the API Key field, enter your API key copied from your Synthesia account.
  4. Click Save.
  5. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Synthesia app in your . If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
