Synthesia
With the Synthesia app in , you can watch for when videos are completed, create videos - including from templates, and make API calls.
To use the Synthesia app in , you must have a paid Synthesia account. For subscription information, refer to the Synthesia pricing page.
To get started, you must first create a connection between Synthesia and , allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Before you create the connection in , you should first obtain an API key in your Synthesia account.
To obtain the API key:
- Log in to your Synthesia account.
- If you have multiple Workspaces in your account, select the relevant Workspace in the top left corner.
- In the top right corner, click on your Profile icon > Integrations.
- To use an existing API key, go to Step 5. To create a new API key, click Add.
- Next to your API key, click ... > Copy.
You'll use this value in the API Key connection field in .
Once you have your Synthesia API key, you're ready to create the connection in .
To create the connection:
- Log in to your account, add a Synthesia module to your , and click Create a connection.Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
- Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
- In the API Key field, enter your API key copied from your Synthesia account.
- Click Save.
- If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Synthesia app in your . If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
