The SmartTask modules allow you to watch, create, update, and retrieve projects, tasks, contacts and task reminders in your SmartTask account.

## Getting Started with SmartTask

Prerequisites

- A SmartTask account

In order to use SmartTask with Make, it is necessary to have a SmartTask account. If you do not have one, you can create a SmartTask account at [https://www.smarttask.io/](https://www.smarttask.io/).

## Connecting SmartTask to Make

1. Go to **Make** and open the SmartTask module's *Create a connection dialog*.
2. In the *Connection name* field, enter a name for the connection and click *Continue*.
3. Enter your SmartTask login credentials and click *Log in*.
4. Confirm the dialogue by clicking *Allow* button.

The connection has been established.
