The Plex modules allow you to monitor and manage jobs, tasks, and import\&export files in your Plex account.

## Getting Started with Plex

Prerequisites

- A Plex account

In order to use Plex with Make, it is necessary to have a Plex account. If you do not have one, you can create a Plex account at [plex.tv/](https://www.plex.tv/).

You do not need to establish a connection for adding webhooks.

## Connecting to Plex Webhook Using Make

To connect your Plex account to Make you need to obtain the API Key from your Plex account and insert it in the *Create a connection* dialog in the Make module.

1\. Log in to your Plex account and open your *Dashboard*.
