Pipefy
Pipefy is a process management platform that lets users automate workflows, manage approvals, and track requests. Integrating Pipefy with Make.com enables users to automate task creation, update cards, and streamline approval processes across multiple business tools.
Requirements
To use the Pipefy app in Make, you must have an active Pipefy account and an authentication token, create your account on Pipefy. For subscription, refer to the Pipefy pricing page.
Connect Pipefy and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Pipefy and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Obtain your client credentials in Pipefy
Before you create the connection in Make, you should first obtain a client ID and client secret in your Pipefy account.
To obtain the client credentials:
Log in to your Pipefy account with Super Admin permissions.
In the top-right corner, click your profile avatar and select Company settings.
Go to the Service Accounts section and click Generate new token.
Enter a name, define the account's role, and set a token expiration time and click Generate.
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret to a safe place.
You'll use this value in the Client ID and Client Secret connection fields in Make.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your Pipefy client credentials, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection in Make:
Log in to your Make account, add a Pipefy module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the Client ID and Client Secret fields, enter the client credentials you copied from your Pipefy account.
In the Subdomain field, enter your Pipefy subdomain only if your workspace uses a custom domain.
For example, if your full domain is bestsaas.pipefy.com, use only bestsaas in this field.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
