# Requirements

To use the Pinterest app in Make, you must have a [Pinterest account](https://in.pinterest.com/).

# Connect Pinterest to Make

To create the connection:

Log in to your Make account, add a Pinterest module to your scenario, and click **Create a connection**.

Optional: In the ​​**Connection name​​** field, enter a name for the connection.

Optional: If you use the Sandbox environment, select **Yes**, and enter the Sandbox token. You can find the Sandbox token in your [Developer Account](https://developers.pinterest.com/) > **Apps**.

Optional: Switch on ​**Show advanced settings**​ and enter your Pinterest client credentials. For more information on how to obtain your credentials, refer to the [Pinterest API Authentication](https://developers.pinterest.com/docs/getting-started/authentication/).

If requested, use the following Redirect URI when setting up your client credentials: `https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/pinterest2`

Click **Save**.

If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
