Checks the phone number validity and converts the entered phone number to normalized formats. Useful when users enter phone numbers in different formats.
The module returns the following information:

- Country Calling Code
- Number
- Extension
- National Format
- International Format
- Number in E.164 format
- Number in RFC 3966 format
- Validity
- Type (fixed line or mobile)
