With the Opsgenie app in , you can manage the alerts, notes, and tags in your Opsgenie account.

Requirements

To use the Opsgenie app in , you must have an Opsgenie account that includes a team.

Connect Opsgenie to Make

To establish the connection, you must:

Obtain your API key in Opsgenie

To obtain your API key from your Opsgenie account:

  1. Log in to your Opsgenie account.
  2. Go to Teams and select the team you want to use with Make, or click Add team and create a new team.
  3. While on the Teams page, click Integrations in the left sidebar.
  4. Click Add integration.
  5. Choose the API tile.
  6. In the Integration name field, enter a name and choose the Assignee team.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Click Turn on integration.
  9. Return to the main screen and click Settings.
  10. Click API key management.
  11. Click Add new API key.
  12. In the Name field, enter a name for your API key and choose the Access rights.
  13. Click Add API key.
  14. Copy the API key value shown and store it in a safe place.

You will use this value in the API field in Make.

Create the connection in

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your account, add an Opsgenie module to your , and click Create a connection.
  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
  3. In the API Key field, enter the API key copied above.
  4. In the Regions field, choose your region.
  5. Click Save.
  6. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
