Ninja Forms
Ninja Forms is a WordPress plugin that enables users to create and manage forms on their websites. With the Ninja Forms app in Make, you can manage the new form submissions in your Ninja Forms account.
Requirements
To use the Ninja Forms app in Make, you must have a paid Ninja Forms account. For subscription information, refer to the Ninja Forms pricing page. Additionally, you will need access to a WordPress site and an administrator account to install and use Ninja Forms.
Set up an Ninja Forms webhook
The Ninja Forms app has instant modules—webhooks that watch for certain changes in Ninja Forms and immediately start your scenario when those changes happen. To use these modules, you must set up the webhook in your Ninja Forms account.
To set up the webhook:
Add an Ninja Forms instant module to your scenario and click Create a webhook.
Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.
Click Save > Copy address to clipboard. You'll paste this address in your Ninja Forms settings.
Login to your Ninja Forms account via WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to the form, click Emails & Actions tab.
Click Add New Action and select the Webhook action.
Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Make account.
Click Save and Publish your form in WordPress.
Your webhook is now set up. When the selected change occurs in Ninja Forms, Make will immediately be notified and start your scenario.
