Mailchimp is an email marketing automation platform. With the Mailchimp app in Make, you can manage the campaigns, merge fields, subscribers, lists, segments and more in your Mailchimp account.

# Requirements

To use the Mailchimp app in Make,  you must have a [Mailchimp account](https://login.mailchimp.com/signup/). 

# Connect Mailchimp and Make 

To create the connection:

Log in to your Make account, add a Mailchimp module to your scenario, and click **Create a connection**.

Optional: In the ​​**Connection name​​** field, enter a name for the connection.

Optional: Switch on ​**Advanced settings**​ and enter your Mailchimp client credentials. For more information on how to obtain your credentials, refer to the [Mailchimp OAuth 2 Guide](https://mailchimp.com/developer/marketing/guides/access-user-data-oauth-2/).

If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: `https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/mailchimp2`

Click **Save**.

If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
