Intellivy.net
Intellivy.net is a polling and insights platform that helps businesses gather and analyze structured feedback. With the Intellivy.net app in Make, you can trigger workflows when a poll is completed, fetch detailed results, and integrate them with your favorite tools.
Requirements
To use the Intellivy.net app in Make, you must have a paid Intellivy.net account with an Admin access. For subscription information, refer to the Intellivy.net pricing page.
Connect Intellivy.net and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Intellivy.net and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Obtain your API key in Intellivy.net
Before you create the connection in Make, you should first obtain an API key in your Intellivy.net account.
To obtain the API key:
Log in to your Intellivy.net account.
Navigate to Settings > Account > API.
Click Create New API Key.
Copy the API Key value and store it in a safe place.
You'll use this value in the API Key connection field in Make.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your Intellivy.net API key, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add a Intellivy.net module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the API Key field, enter the API key you copied from your Intellivy.net account.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Intellivy.net app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
Set up an Intellivy.net webhook
The Intellivy.net app has instant modules—webhooks that watch for certain changes in Intellivy.net and immediately start your scenario when those changes happen. To use these modules, you must set up the webhook in your Intellivy.net account.
To set up the webhook:
Add an Intellivy.net instant module to your scenario and click Create a webhook.
Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.
Click Save > Copy address to clipboard. You'll paste this address in your Intellivy.net account.
Log in to your Intellivy.net account.
Navigate to Settings > Account > API.
Click Configure Webhook.
In the Webhook URL field, enter the webhook URL that you copied in step 3.
In the Additional settings section, click Enable Webhook.
Your webhook is now set up. When the selected change occurs in Intellivy.net, Make will immediately be notified and start your scenario.
