Instantly
With the Instantly app in , you can manage the leads and entries in your blocklists in your Instantly account.
To use the the Instantly app in , you must have an Instantly account. Your account must be on the Hypergrowth plan (or above) to access the API key required for connection.
To get started, you must first create a connection between Instantly and , allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Before you create the connection in , you should first obtain an API key in your Instantly account.
You must create a v1 API key in your Instantly account. A v2 API key will not work.
To obtain the API key:
Log in to your Instantly account.
In the upper right corner, click your account icon and choose Settings.
Click Integrations > Copy API Key. Store your API key in a safe place.
You will use this value in the API Key connection field in .
Once you have your Instantly API key, you're ready to create the connection in .
To create the connection:
Log in to your account, add an Instantly module to your , and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the API key field, enter the API key you copied from your Instantly account.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Instantly app in your . If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
The Instantly app has instant modules—webhooks that watch for certain changes in Instantly and immediately start your when those changes happen. To use these modules, you must set up the webhook in your Instantly account.
To set up the webhook:
Add an Instantly instant module to your and click Create a webhook.
Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.
In the Connection field, select a connection for the webhook.
If you haven't created an Instantly connection yet, refer to the Connect Instantly and Make section above.
Click Save > Copy address to clipboard. You'll paste this address in your Instantly account.
Log in to your Instantly account.
In the upper-right corner, click your account icon and choose Settings.
Click Integrations > Webhooks > Add Webhook.
In the Add Webhook field, add the webhook you copied from .
Choose your Campaign and Event Type and click Add Webhook.
Your webhook is now set up. When the selected change occurs in Instantly, will immediately be notified and start your .
