With the Instagram for Business (Facebook login) app in Make, you can manage the events, insights, media, users, comments, and stories in your Instagram for Business account. ::: :::: # Requirements To use the Instagram for Business (Facebook login) app in Make, you must have: - a Facebook account that can perform admin-level [tasks](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview#tasks) on a Facebook Page that has been [connected to the Instagram account](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview#pages) you want to access. - an Instagram business account. You can create a regular [Instagram account](https://www.instagram.com/accounts/emailsignup/), and then switch the profile to a business account using this guide: [Set Up a Business Account on Instagram](https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522/robots.txt). # Connect Instagram for Business (Facebook login) to Make To create the connection: :::::WorkflowBlock ::::WorkflowBlockItem Log in to your Make account, add an Instagram for Business module to your scenario, and click **Create a connection**. :::hint{type="info"} If you add a module with an ​instant​ tag, click ​**Create a webhook**​​, then ​**Create a connection**​​. ::: :::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Optional: In the ​​**Connection name​​** field, enter a name for the connection. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Optional: Switch on ​**Show advanced settings**​ and enter your Instagram for Business client credentials. For more information on how to obtain your credentials, refer to the [Meta for Developers Long-Lived Access Token documentation](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-basic-display-api/guides/long-lived-access-tokens). If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: `https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/facebook`. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Click **Save**. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access. ::: ::::: You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Instagram for Business app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps [here](https://help.make.com/connect-an-application#tN2pJ). # Instagram for Business (Facebook login) modules :::hint{type="warning"} Once you’ve created a connection, you’ll need to select the appropriate page from the **Page** dropdown in your **Instagram for Business (Facebook login)** module settings.  If no pages appear in the dropdown, it’s often due to your Facebook page not being properly connected to your Instagram business account via [Meta Business Suite](https://business.facebook.com/\)). To fix that, make sure you meet the following requirements: - You have a Facebook account with admin-level access to the Facebook Page that is linked to the Instagram account you want to use.  - You have an Instagram business account. If you don’t have it, use this [guide](https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522/robots.txt) to create it.  **Note**: Creator accounts are not supported. Make sure you have a business account. ::: After connecting to the Instagram for Business app, you can use the following types of modules to build your scenarios. :::ExpandableHeading **Event** - Watch events ::: :::ExpandableHeading **Insights** - Get user insights - Get post insights - Insights data is unavailable to Instagram users with fewer than 100 followers. ::: :::ExpandableHeading **Media** - Watch media - Watch public user posts - Create a photo post - Instagram Business accounts connected to a Page that requires [Page Publishing Authorization (PPA)](https://www.facebook.com/help/1939753742723975/) cannot be published until PPA has been completed. - Please note that your video must be hosted on a publicly accessible URL. You cannot use files from Google Drive even if they are shared publicly: the Instagram API is not able to download files from there. - For other similar services, you may need to adjust the URL with a `replace` function.
