Hugging Face
With the Hugging Face app in Make, you can create summaries, answers, text classifications, translations, and make API calls.
Requirements
To use the Hugging Face app in Make, you must have a Hugging Face account.
Connect Hugging Face and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Hugging Face and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Obtain your API token in Hugging Face
Before you create the connection in Make, you should first obtain an API token in your Hugging Face account.
To obtain the {value}:
- Log in to your Hugging Face account.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click on your profile icon > Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click on the Access Tokens option.
- Click the New token button.
- Enter a Name for the token, select the Role from the dropdown, and click the Generate a token button.
- Next to your token, click the Copy icon.
You'll use this value in the API Token connection field in Make.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your Hugging Face API token, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection:
- Log in to your Make account, add a Hugging Face module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
- In the API Token field, enter the API token you copied from your Hugging Face account.
- Click Save.
- If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Hugging Face app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
