GMB Club

GMB Club is a platform for managing your local presence, including Google reviews, social media posts, Google Business Profile listings, and reports, with AI agents. With the GMB Club app in Make, you can automate post publishing, review management, review requests, and content creation in your GMB Club account.

Create the connection in Make.
Obtain your API key in GMB Club
Before you create the connection in Make, you must first obtain an API key in your GMB Club account.
GMB Club organizes your account into a sphere, which is your brand or company, and bubbles, which are locations or points of sale within the brand. The scope you choose for the API key determines which locations the Make scenario can access.
To obtain the API key:
Sign in to your GMB Club account.
In the header, select the bubble (location) you want to connect.
Go to Settings > API keys, then click New key.
Select the key scope:
- This location: Creates a bubble key with access to one location.
- Whole brand: Creates a sphere key with access to all locations in the brand.
Configure the permissions for the key. The available permissions are read, schedule, publish, and delete.
Copy the API key and store it in a safe place. GMB Club shows the full key only once.
You'll use this value in the API Key connection field in Make.
If you use a sphere key, you must enter the ID of the location (Bubble ID) in modules that target a specific location. Otherwise, the module returns a 400 error.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your GMB Club API key, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add a GMB Club module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the API Key field, enter the API key you copied from your GMB Club account.
Click Save.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the GMB Club app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
