Fillout Forms
Fillout Forms is an online form builder that helps you create powerful forms, surveys, and applications. With the Fillout Forms app in Make, you can monitor the submitted Fillout forms in your Fillout Forms account.
Requirements
To use the Fillout Forms app in Make, you must have a Fillout account.
Connect Fillout Forms and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Fillout Forms and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add a Fillout Forms module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
