Requirements
To use the ClickSend SMS app in Make, you must have an active ClickSend account. For subscription, refer to the ClickSend SMS pricing page.
To use the ClickSend SMS modules, you must have a ClickSend account. You can create an account at clicksend.com.
Refer to the ClickSend API documentation for a list of available endpoints.
Connect ClickSend SMS and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between ClickSend SMS and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
Obtain your API key in ClickSend
To obtain your API key from your ClickSend account:
Log in to your ClickSend account.
In the top-right corner, click the key icon to view your API Credentials.
Copy the API key value shown and store it in a safe place.
You will use this value in the API key field in Make.
Create the connection in Make
To establish the connection in Make:
Log in to your Make account, add a ClickSend SMS module to your Make, and click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the Username field, enter your ClickSend username.
In the API Key field, enter the API key copied above.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenarios and add more ClickSend SMS modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps herehere.
