ChatGuru
ChatGuru is a customer communication and automation platform primarily focused on managing conversations over WhatsApp, using chatbots and shared inboxes. With the ChatGuru app in Make, you can manage the chats, messages, and notes in your ChatGuru account.
Requirements
To use the ChatGuru app in Make, you must have a paid ChatGuru account. For subscription information, refer to the ChatGuru pricing page.
Connect ChatGuru and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between ChatGuru and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Obtain your API key, account ID, and phone ID in ChatGuru
Before you create the connection in Make, you should first obtain an API key, account ID, and phone ID in your ChatGuru account.
To obtain these values:
Log in to your ChatGuru account.
From your dashboard, obtain your API key, account ID, and phone ID.
Copy these values and store them in a safe place.
You'll use this value in the API Key, Account ID, Phone ID connection field in Make.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your ChatGuru API key, account ID, and phone ID, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add a ChatGuru module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the API Key field, enter the API key you copied from your ChatGuru account.
In the Account ID field, enter your account ID.
In the Phone ID field, enter your phone ID.
In the Endpoint field dropdown, click the endpoint.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the ChatGuru app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
ChatGuru modules

You can look for ChatGuru templates in Make's template gallery, where you'll find thousands of pre-created scenarios.
