Chat ON Desk
Chat ON Desk is a WhatsApp marketing tool used to automate notifications, marketing flows, and support chats. With the Chat ON Desk app in Make you can send WhatsApp notifications from your Chat ON Desk account.
Requirements
To use the Chat ON Desk app in Make, you must have a paid Chat ON Desk account. Additionally, you must have the Admin access. For subscription information, refer to the Chat ON Desk pricing page.
Pre-approved WhatsApp template is required in Chat ON Desk account. Please ensure that the template variables match the payload and variable type.
Create the connection in Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Chat ON Desk and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Log in to your Make account, add an Chat ON Desk module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Chat ON Desk app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
