apaleo
apaleo is a cloud-based property management system (PMS) that simplifies hotel operations, including reservations, room availability, and billing. With the apaleo app in Make, you can manage rates, online bookings, accounting, marketing automation, point of sale (POS), multi-property management, guest experience, inventory management, employee management, CRM, and reporting/analytics using apaleo account.
Requirements
To use the apaleo app in Make, you must have an apaleo developer account. Additionally, set up the authenticator app for multi factor authentication.
Connect apaleo and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between apaleo and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection, you need to:
Obtain your Client ID and Client Secret in apaleo
Before you create the connection in Make, you should first obtain a client ID and client secret in your apaleo account.
To obtain the client ID and client secret:
Log in to your apaleo developer account.
Click Apps > My store apps.
Click + Add a new app.
Complete the form and click Save.

Copy the Client ID and Client Secret value and store it in a safe place.
You'll use this value in the Client ID and Client Secret connection field in Make.
Create the connection in Make
Once you have your apaleo client ID and client secret, you're ready to create the connection in Make.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add an apaleo module to your scenario, and click Create a webhook, then click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the Client ID field, enter the client ID you copied from your apaleo account.
In the Client Secret field, enter the client secret ID you copied from your apaleo account.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the apaleo app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps here.
