Gorgias is a helpdesk platform built for e-commerce businesses. With the **Gorgias **app in Make, you can manage tickets, ticket messages, and customers in your Gorgias account.

# Requirements

To use the **Gorgias **app in Make, you must have a paid [Gorgias account](https://www.gorgias.com/). For subscription information, refer to the [Gorgia's pricing page](https://www.gorgias.com/pricing).

By default, Make uses its own credentials to connect to Gorgias, so you can create a connection with one click. If you'd rather use your own Gorgias OAuth app, you can enter your client credentials in **Advanced settings**.

# Connect Gorgias and Make

To get started, you must first create a connection between Gorgias and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
