Gorgias
Gorgias is a helpdesk platform built for e-commerce businesses. With the Gorgias app in Make, you can manage tickets, ticket messages, and customers in your Gorgias account.
Requirements
To use the Gorgias app in Make, you must have a paid Gorgias account. For subscription information, refer to the Gorgia's pricing page.
By default, Make uses its own credentials to connect to Gorgias, so you can create a connection with one click. If you'd rather use your own Gorgias OAuth app, you can enter your client credentials in Advanced settings.
Connect Gorgias and Make
To get started, you must first create a connection between Gorgias and Make, allowing the two services to communicate.
To create the connection:
Log in to your Make account, add a Gorgias module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
Optional: If you want to use your own Gorgias OAuth app instead of Make's default credentials, toggle on Advanced settings and enter:
- Subdomain: Your Gorgias subdomain. To find it, go to Your profile > REST API in Gorgias. If your workspace URL is https://example.gorgias.com, your subdomain is example.
- Client ID and Client Secret: The credentials from your Gorgias OAuth app. For more information on how to obtain your client credentials, refer to Gorgias' developer documentation. If requested, use the following redirect URI: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/gorgias
Click Save.
Confirm access to your Gorgias account in the window that opens.
You've successfully created the connection and can now use the Gorgias app in your scenarios. If you want to make changes to your connection in the future, follow the steps in Connect an application.
